Port Services

Our port services are provided for both cargoes and ships at the Bulgarian Black sea ports (Varna and Burgas).

For cargoes, port services are part of logistic chain and refer to:

• Transshipment  direct or indirect
• Storage within cover and/or open warehouses
• Survey (cargo and lashing)
• Loading/stowage
• Lashing/securing/dunnage
• Export/import custom clearance

We pay attention for all the above starting from planning to execution phase. This is enabling us to prevent any event, which may affect the operations’ set-up and/or timing and/or cargo integrity during transshipment process via the sea port.

Our personnel involved in these activities is having the knowledge and experience, this allow to our company to be confident that cargoes entrusted to us will pass smoothly via our service ports, for customer satisfaction. 

For ships, port services are part of their voyage activity having direct impact on the carrier’s charter party performance.

Our services consist of:

• Issuing of PDA (Proforma Disbursement Account) on request
• Ship inward/outward clearance
• Providing of port services for cargo during vessel’s loading/discharging operations at port of call
• Providing husbandry services for the vessel during her stay at port of call
• Daily assistance/due diligence performed by the water-clerk during vessel’s port call
• Daily up-date situation submit to vessel’s owner/operator
• Issuing of final D/A (Disbursements Account).

All the above services may look as not hard to perform services, but we perform these services as a package for 24/7, round the year.
